We are a small cafe with limited seating - no reservations. We make all meals from scratch - so this is not fast food, please plan for a leisurely meal. Due to our limited size, we cannot accommodate groups over 5.

Cornmeal fritters with remoulade (vegetarian)

Marinated pork belly roasted in a savory red wine caramel (gf)

Collard Greens & White Beans $11

Collard greens, white kidney beans, tomatoes, peppers, veggie stock (vegan, gf)

Louie salad $13

Romaine, veggies, pecarino, house made croutons and spicy dressing (gf w/o croutons, vegetarian)

Shrimp remoulade $17

Lettuce, veggies, white wild shrimp in a rich, slightly spicy dressing.


Muffaletta $14

House-made olive salad, serrano ham, 2 kinds of salami, and, mozzarella on a locally baked french roll


Po'boys: served on a french roll, with lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, and remoulade or house made whole grain mustard.

Andouille sausage, caramelised onions $14

Catfish, pickled red onions $18

Cajun shrimp, sweet pickles $17


Chicken, tasso, and andouille gumbo $15

Cajun stew made with our housemade smoked flour, veggies, chicken, tasso (Chef Paul Prudhomme's seasoned/smoked pork shoulder), and andouille sausage. Served with rice.


Crawfish, shrimp, and pork belly etouffee $17

Crawfish, wild white shrimp, caramel pork belly, and veggies in a rich, dark, gravy smothering white rice.


Shrimp n grits $17

Jumbo white wild shrimp, tomatoes, and veggies in a Cajun sauce on cheesy grits.


Jambalaya $16

Andouille, tasso, chicken, shrimp, veggies, tomatoes, spices, and rice (think Creole fried rice).

Fermented mushrooms, garlic, shallots, champagne, our house-made butter with pecorino cheese and bread (vegetarian, gf without bread)


Vietnamese Banh Mi Sandwich 16

House-made kimchi, do-chua, spicy aioli, Meep’s micro cilantro, and greens on a french roll. 

Choose from: house smoked pulled pork shoulder or pulled chicken OR  Vegetarian: Jackfruit or Tofu 

(vegan upon request) (gf on corn tortillas)


Chorizo & Potato Street Tacos 14

House-made spicy chorizo (pork sausage) & potatoes, cilantro crema, cotija cheese and fermented salsa on, greens and flour tortillas  (Corn tortillas available for gf)

Homemade Desserts  

King Cake Inspired Cheesecake $8 - made with a cinnamon roll crust, pecan-cinnamon swirl and served with whipped cream

Hummingbird Cake $9 - bananas, pineapple, pecans in a dense cake slathered with cream cheese - buttercream frosting

Beignets $6 - deep fried pastry, powdered sugar, chocolate for dipping

Blackberry - Mascarpone Lemon Cake $9 - 4 layers of lemon scented cake held together with a blackberry-mascarpone frosting and topped with whipped cream

Ube Creme Brulee $6 - sweet purple yams in a rich custard topped with flamed turbino sugar (gf)

Yuzu Cheesecake $8 - made with a black sesame crust and served with whipped cream

Flourless Chocolate Cake $8 -  like a brownie and a piece of fudge had a baby served with whipped cream (gf)
